Technical Symposiums

Because the Empire Chapter covers such a large geographical area, we have tried to hold at least three meetings a year with good technical and social content. We frequently sponsor a three-day Northeast Regional Symposium as well as a classified half-day technical symposium in conjunction with Rome Laboratory.

Some of the topics covered at these technical symposiums included:

• "IMPACT OF LOW OBSERVABLES ON ELECTRONIC WARFARE" (Fall 1989)
• "IMPACT OF MULTISPECTRAL TECHNOLOGY ON ELECTRONIC WARFARE" (Fall 1991)
• "TECHNOLOGY TOPICS FOR EW APPLICATIONS" (Fall 1992)
• "ELECTRONIC COMBAT: TECHNOLOGY FOR CHANGING ROLES AND MISSIONS" (Fall 1993)
• "TECHNOLOGY TOPICS FOR ELECTRONIC COMBAT" (Fall 1995)
• "EMITTER IDENTIFICATION AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES" (Fall 1996)
